Multi-Room Updates (Beta): M&A teams can now apply playbook updates across multiple rooms with just a few clicks. They can also bulk add users with groups and permissions and seamlessly copy worklists and due diligence requests to ensure consistency and efficiency across deals. To learn more, read this article .
Requests Table Comments: Comments in the requests table dialog now use the same implementation as the request details view. This update enhances consistency and improves the user experience, making it easier to track and respond to comments seamlessly.
Resource Center Enhancement: Help resources are now in the left panel navigation for quick access to live chat, articles, product updates, events, and more—all in one place.
File Upload Validation: Empty files are now rejected upon upload to deals, ensuring only valid files are added and preventing unnecessary clutter.
Login Improvement: We have added a tooltip to the "Keep me logged in" checkbox for better clarity.
Request Attachments: An icon and index have been added to attachments in the request creation dialog for better organization and visibility.
Optimized Request Rendering: Opening and closing request details is now more responsive for a smoother experience.
Large Document Upload Fix: Uploading 1,000+ documents no longer slows down the page, improving platform performance.
Download Access Control: Non-admin users with view-only folder access can no longer download files. A tooltip now prompts them to contact the room administrator for access.**
