New Feature: Findings! - Empower M&A teams with a tool to efficiently manage identified risks and issues, fostering collaboration, and enabling timely decisions for more successful deals. Now you can:

Identify and track any possible risks or issues that may occur during the diligence or integration process
Work on developing a mitigation plan of how to avoid risks so they do not become issues
New fields for Risks: description, impact, likelihood, responsible person, and mitigation plan
New fields for Issues: description, impact, status, responsible person, and resolution plan

Now you'll have a clear view of all risks, issues, actions, and decisions within the integration process so that you can monitor and manage them effectively, ensuring that they do not negatively impact the project's progress.
