At DealRoom, we are committed to continuous improvement and innovation. Our goal is to enhance our platform to better meet your needs. We're thrilled to announce our latest updates, designed to streamline your workflow and elevate your DealRoom experience. 🚀✨
New Feature Alert - Synergies (Beta): Introducing our Synergies feature! This allows you to track and manage financial benefits from M&A, such as cost reductions, revenue enhancements, and process improvements. Efficient synergy tracking ensures you realize the full potential of your deals and supports informed integration efforts. With this new feature, you can create value drivers for synergies and track financial data quarterly.
Note: The Synergies feature is currently in beta and not yet available to all users on the platform.
Export Findings: Now you can export all risks, issues, or other findings you've created in DealRoom into an Excel document for easy offline use! This feature ensures that you have flexible access to your critical data, even when you're not online.
Custom Findings Statuses: Say goodbye to the standard statuses of Open, In Progress, and Closed! Now you can create as many custom statuses for your Findings as you need. Tailor your workflow with statuses like Mitigated, Accepted, Owned, or any other status that suits your project.
Updated Dependencies: We've revamped the dependencies feature on requests with two new sections: Blocking and Blocked by. Previously, you could only see the requests that needed to be completed first, but now you can also see the requests that are dependent on this one. This helps visualize dependencies much better by giving you a fuller picture of the timeline and linkage between requests.
Blocked by: This section specifies requests that need to be completed first.
Blocking: This section specifies which requests are waiting on this one to be completed.

The "dot" number format option has been removed from Custom Fields.
Deals search performance has been improved and is now faster.
Dependencies no longer need to be marked as resolved before the parent request.
Search by group name is now possible when bulk assigning requests.
The DealRoom support phone number has been removed from the Help Center. Stay tuned for an updated contact form. In the meantime, please use the chat function for a quick response from our support team.
The Top Active Users chart in the Room Reports tab has been fixed.
The issue with non-admin emails not showing in the People tab has been fixed.
Mentioning users in comments from the Requests overview has been fixed.
