All DealRoom Pipeline and M&A Platform subscription plans include Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.
We primarily support the following Identity Providers (IdP):
Note: If your organization uses a different SSO provider, please contact our support team for custom documentation. We can generally support any provider using SAML 2.0.
Note: To complete the SSO setup, your IT person will temporarily need Admin access to the Pipeline (used to access our Authentication settings). Therefore, we recommend configuring SSO before adding any sensitive material to the room.

Troubleshooting
Completed the steps but still running into errors or issues logging into SSO? Here are a few things to check. If the issue persists, contact your CSM or reach out to our support team.
Extra spaces – If you copied and pasted from our documentation, double-check that no extra spaces were included in your inputs.
Domain verification – A typo or incorrect domain will result in an error. Reach out via the in-platform chat and our support team can quickly verify the domains you have in place.
Step-by-step check – Revisit the instructions to ensure every step was followed as outlined (we're all human—mistakes happen!).
Typos – Review your entries carefully for any spelling errors.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact your CSM or reach out to support via the in-platform chat or by emailing support@dealroom.net. We're here to help.
