How can I check how much data I’m using?

In order to check how much data you're using in a single room:

  • Go to Settings tab.

Note: Only admins can view the settings tab

  • Once inside the Settings tab, look for General.

  • Scroll down the General page until you see View storage usage.

  • The total will pop up.

Note: Deleted data is still counted towards your active data amount. To remove the archive data, you can permanently delete files from your Data Room trash.

Checking Pipeline Total Data Usage

If you have a Pipeline and multiple rooms, this is how to check total data used for all rooms:

  • Underneath the Pipeline, go to Settings.

  • The General tab should be the default view. If not, go to that tab from the left menu.

  • Inside General, scroll down until you see Storage Usage.

  • Select View storage usage to view the data usage of all rooms under your Pipeline.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the list to see the total active and archived data in your pipeline.

Note: Archived data is still counted towards your active data amount. Permanently delete files from your Data Room trash to remove the archived data.
