How do I reset my password?

Resetting Your Password



To begin the password reset process, follow these steps:

From the DealRoom login page, locate and click Forgot password?.



A new page will appear. Enter your email address into the box provided.
Click Request reset link.



Tip: An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. If you don't see it in your inbox within 15 minutes, check your spam folder.


If you're inside of DealRoom and would like to change your password, follow these steps:

Click on your User profile located in the bottom-left corner of your screen. It should display your picture and name.



A pop-up menu will appear. From the menu, select User settings.



In the User Settings page, navigate to the Security tab located at the top.
Look for the section labeled Password and click on it.
Follow the instructions to change your password.



Note: If the admin has enabled two-factor authentication and/or you forgot your recovery codes, reach out to the admin to send you new recovery codes.
