How to Adjust Email Notifications in DealRoom
DealRoom allows you to easily personalize the frequency and content of your email notifications.
Follow these steps to customize your email notifications:
Click on your User profile located in the bottom-left corner of your screen. It should display your picture and name.
A pop-up menu will appear. From the menu, select User settings.
In the Account Settings page, navigate to the Email Notifications tab at the top. Here, you have the flexibility to adjust the following settings:
Select the rooms for which you wish to receive notifications.
Choose the frequency of notifications, such as immediate, hourly, daily, weekly, or disabled.
Specify the preferred timing for receiving notifications.
Customize the type of notifications you want to receive.
Once you have made your desired changes, don't forget to select Save changes to apply the modifications.
Note: If your notifications are turned on and you're still not receiving them, check with the admin of the room to verify that they have notifications turned on for that room.
