How to Create a Single Value Card that Shows the Number of Resolved Requests

A single value card is an excellent way to display a key metric in a clear, concise manner. For tracking project progress, a card that shows the number of resolved requests helps you quickly assess how many tasks have been completed without needing to sift through more complex reports. This can be especially useful for team updates or performance reviews, offering a straightforward snapshot of accomplishments.

Visualization Example:

Steps:

From the Explore menu, select Room Requests.
Under the Deal option, add Deal Title as a filter by clicking on the filter icon next to the field and choose the specific room or deal you'd like to analyze.
Under the Request option, select Num of Requests.
Next to Custom Fields, click on Add and choose Custom Measure. Create a custom measure to calculate the number of resolved requests in the room, as shown below:

Run the report by clicking the Run button at the top-right.
In the Visualization Pane, select Single Value as the visualization type. Then go to EditValue Labels → and choose Calculate Progress (with Percentage) to show the number of resolved requests alongside their completion percentage.

By following these steps, you'll create a single value card that clearly displays the number of resolved requests, making it easy to track progress and report on project success at a glance.
