How to Create a Table Chart of Deals by Phase

Table charts are a great way to display detailed information in a structured format. In this case, creating a table chart that shows deals by phase allows you to easily track how many deals are at each stage of the pipeline, helping you monitor progress and identify bottlenecks. Follow the steps below to generate a clear and organized view of your deals by phase.

Visualization Example:

Steps:

In the Explore menu, select Pipeline Deals.
In the Field Picker section, expand the Deal field and select Count to display the number of deals.
Expand the Phase field, then select Name to display the names of the different deal phases.



Click the Run button at the top right to generate the data.
In the Visualization pane, choose Table Chart as the visualization type.
To customize the table:
Click Edit > Series to rename fields as needed.
Sort the table by clicking the header of the column you want to organize.



And that's it! You've successfully created a table chart displaying deals by phase, offering you a structured and easy-to-read view of your pipeline's current progress.
