A Diligence Sub Workstream Status Report is essential for tracking the progress of various diligence tasks within a larger project. This type of report allows you to visualize the status of different sub-workstreams, making it easier to identify any potential bottlenecks and ensure that all necessary diligence tasks are being completed on time. By using a donut chart, you can present this information in a clear and intuitive format that highlights both completion rates and areas requiring immediate attention.

Visualization Example:

From the Explore menu, select Room Requests.
In Field Picker Pane, next to the Deal option, click the filter icon.

And set up the filter in the Filter Pane to choose any deal you want:

Next, under the Request Category option, click the filter icon for the List Name field. Configure this filter to include only the Diligence lists.

In the Field Picker, select the following fields:
Under the Request Category option, select List Category.
Under the Request Status option, select Name.
under the Request option, select Count.

Under the Request Status option, click the Pivot Data button next to the Name field, as shown below:

Click on Run button at the top-right to generate the data.

Navigate to EditPlot tab to turn on Value Labels and adjust the number of donuts you’d like to display per row.

Go to EditSeries tab, you can change the color collection and choose whatever color palette that fits your need.

Scroll down to the colored rectangle and customize the colors for each status as needed.

By following these steps, you'll create a comprehensive Diligence Sub Workstream Status Report that visually represents the status of your diligence tasks. This report will help your team easily assess where work is progressing well and where additional focus is needed, ensuring a smoother and more efficient diligence process.
