How to create Diligence Sub Workstream Status Report?

Steps:

Choose “Room Requests” Explore.
In Field Picker Pane, go to the view “Deal”, and toggle on the filter icon next to the field


And set up the filter in the Filter Pane to choose any deal you want:


Toggle on the filter icon for the field “List Name” in the view “Request Category” as well. Configure the filter in Filter Pane as below to include the Diligence lists:


In Field Picker, choose the field “List Category” under “Request Category” view, “Name” under “Request Status” view, and “Count” under “Request” view. Toggle the Pivot Data button next to the “Name” field under “Request Status” view, as shown below:


Click on Run button.
In Visualization Pane, click on the three dots and choose “Donut Multiples” as the chart type:


Go to “Edit” → “Plot” tab, you can turn on the Value Labels, and adjust how many donuts you’d like to show per row.


Go to “Edit” → “Series” tab, you can change the color collection and choose whatever color palette that fits your need.


Scroll down and click on the the colored rectangle and you can change the colors for each status respectively.
