How to create single value card with comparison / KPI gauge report?

Steps:
Choose “Pipeline Deals” Explore.
In the Field Picker, choose the view of “Deal”, and then choose the measure “Count”.
Click “Add Calculation” in the Data Pane, and create the table calculation “Yearly Target” as below:
Click on Run button, and choose Single Value chart type.
Click on “Edit” in the visualization pane, go to “Style” tab, and in the “Title Override” text box, input “Deals in pipeline” and this will be shown in the chart.
Go to “Comparison” tab, toggle on “show comparison”. In the “Value Labels” field, choose “Calculate Progress (with Percentage)”.
