How suggestions work
For each request, the AI identifies documents from the data room that match the request's subject and shows a match score along with a plain-English reasoning explaining why the document was suggested.
Match scores are color-coded:
Green (90%+) - high relevance
Orange (50-89%) - medium relevance
Lower scores are shown without color emphasis
Access point 1: The Requests page (bulk view)
Click the sparkle icon next to the New request button, then select Suggested mappings from the dropdown. The badge next to it shows the total number of pending suggestions across all requests.
This opens a full-screen drawer showing all suggestions, organized by worklist and then by request within each worklist. For each suggestion you can see:
The document name and file type
The match score
The AI's reasoning
A View document link to open it in the data room
To act on suggestions in bulk:
Check individual suggestions, entire requests, or entire worklists using the checkboxes
Use Select all to select everything at once
Click Accept to attach the selected documents to their respective requests
Click Dismiss to remove them from the suggestions list
Note: The buttons show a live count of how many items are selected, e.g. Accept (12).
Access point 2: Inside a specific request
When a request has suggestions, a Suggested documents section appears inside the request detail view. It shows up to 5 suggestions by default - click Show more to expand the full list.
Each row shows the document name and match score. Hover over a row to:
See the AI's reasoning in a tooltip
Reveal Dismiss and Attach action buttons
Attach links the document to that request as a file attachment. Dismiss removes it from suggestions.
