How to Adjust Email Notifications in DealRoom

DealRoom allows you to easily personalize the frequency and content of your email notifications.

Note: Notification settings are user-specific and cannot be configured by administrators for other users.

Follow these steps to customize your email notifications:

Click your user profile in the bottom-left corner of your screen (it shows your name and picture). If it's not visible, try zooming out. Then, click your name and select Email Notifications from the menu.

A pop up panel will appear, allowing you to customize the following settings:

Notification frequency: Choose how often you'd like to receive notifications — immediately, hourly, daily, weekly, or not at all.

Rooms: Select which rooms you want to receive notifications for.

Delivery time: Set your preferred time of day to receive notifications.

Notification types: Choose what you want to be notified about, such as new requests, document uploads, or request due dates.

Timezone: Make sure your timezone is correct to ensure notifications are delivered at the right time.

Learn More: Click the “ this article” link in the pop-up window to learn more about the different types of notifications and how they work in DealRoom.

Once you have made your desired changes, remember to select Save changes to apply the modifications.

Troubleshooting: Not Receiving Notifications?

Check your spam or junk folder.
Verify your email address is correct in the personal info tab under your settings.
