How to Cancel Your Subscription
If you're considering canceling your subscription and room, follow these steps based on your plan:
Single Room Plans
Go to the Settings tab at the top.
Select General from the left menu.
Scroll down until you see the Delete Room button.
Note: Deleting your room will also cancel your subscription immediately and remove all content within the room. It's recommended to download your important files before proceeding.
Tip: If you'd like to set your subscription to cancel at the end of the current pay period, please contact the support team at support@dealroom.net for assistance.
Pro & Enterprise Plans
Contact Support: Reach out to our support team at support@dealroom.net to initiate the cancellation of your subscription.
Specify Cancellation Date: Let us know if you want to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period. Choosing immediate cancellation will revoke access and shut down the room right away. Opting for cancellation at the billing period's end grants access until the last day of the billing cycle.
Regardless of your choice, all future invoices will cease.
