How to Bulk Download Files in the Data Room

Choose the Room you want to download from and navigate to the Data Room tab at the top.
Select the Home folder icon from the left menu to show all folders and files in the room.
Click the Download All button at the top.




Additional options for your download will appear in the pop-up window. We suggest keeping the default options selected for the best download. You can select to receive an email when your download is complete as well.



Your download will be compressed into a .zip file. You can save it on your hard drive and unzip it to access all contents of the download.

Further information on Extracting .Zip files in Windows:

Save the downloaded .zip file to the hard drive.
Right click on the file and select extract all. This will open the extraction wizard.
Click Next and then select the location to extract the files to. (This example uses Program Files on C drive.)
Choose the option to Make a new folder. (Most make the folder name “http://IDAutomation.com [FONT NAME]“)
Click Ok. The directory should now point to “C:\Program Files\http://IDAutomation.com [FONT NAME].”
Click Next to begin the extraction process.
Make sure that the Show Extracted Files option is checked.
Click Finish when complete.
