Set Due-Dates for Requests

Select the specific request for which you want to set a due date.
In the right menu, you can select a start date and due date by clicking the plus (+) icon to the right.
A calendar will pop up. Select the desired date.

The request will now automatically be assigned that due date.

Set Due Dates for Multiple Requests

Check the box to the left of the requests you'd like to set a due date for.
From the top menu, click Due Date. A calendar will appear.
Select the desired due date from the calendar.

By completing these steps, the selected requests will automatically be assigned the chosen due date.

Tip: Utilizing this feature is particularly beneficial when you need to set due dates for requests in bulk, saving you valuable time.

Assign Users to Requests

If a request already exists:

Click on the request you want to assign a user to.
Once opened, look to the right side and look for "Assignees".

Click the plus icon to open the modal.
Once the modal shows up, you will see the list of people you can assign into the request.
If you do not see the person you wish to assign the request to, that means you do not have the user privilege for your account to do so. Please ask your administrator or send us a message if you believe this should not be the case.

Assigning a single user

In the search bar, type the name of the assignee. Click on the name once found.
Or you can scroll down the list of names until you find the assignee and click on their name.

Assigning multiple users

Repeat the steps above until the names of the assignees have a check mark next to them.

Click save.
The modal should close and you should see the assignee's name under the Assignee tab.
