If you're using the web version of Outlook, you can download the plugin by visiting this link.
Outlook Setup on Desktop App
To Download the plugin, follow these steps:
In Outlook, click Home > Get Add-ins on the ribbon.

On the Add-Ins for Outlook page, browse for the add-in “DealRoom” by typing it into the Search box.

Click the Add button to begin the installation of the plug-in into Outlook.

How the DealRoom Add-In works:
Open any email and click on the DealRoom icon on the right-hand side of your inbox.
Choose a deal and contacts you’d like to associate the email with.
Email attachments will be brought over with the email and accessible in DealRoom

This is what the email will look like in DealRoom on the deal card:

When this add-in is used, it can send data over the Internet. This add-in can read or modify the contents of any item in your mailbox, and create new items. It can access personal information -- such as the body, subject, sender, recipients, or attachments -- in any message or calendar item. It may send this data to a third-party service.
Note: The Outlook plugin with DealRoom serves for tracking and boosting productivity, but it cannot be used for sending emails within DealRoom.
Excluding Email Attachments from the Deal Card
To exclude an email attachment from the Deal Card:
Select the email in Outlook.
Open the DealRoom Add-in.
After logging the email, select Change Logged Details.

Scroll down to the Attachments section and uncheck the boxes for the attachments you want to exclude from the deal card.

Click Save Changes.
Troubleshooting Outlook Disruption

Click About Outlook to see your version number.
To update: go to File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.

Updates are managed through the Mac App Store or Microsoft AutoUpdate.
2. Try the Web Version of Outlook
