Where is the DealRoom software hosted?

DealRoom is a cloud-hosted solution. Our primary hosting is done in the United States with the best-intentioned compliance and security policies. We can host in other regions as well as customer needs are warranted. Currently in 2023, we have an initiative to meet GDPR-compliance for our upcoming European instances.

Additionally, our redundancy and disaster recovery posture is founded on the resilience of being cloud-native. This means we took efforts to mitigate disruptions to your service by establishing fast, reliable and monitored failover of any system component.

Stability is an important part of Engineering's daily modus operandi. We employ a DevOps culture. We have a rigorous QA process. Quality of service is paramount to making each of your experiences with our solutions as delightful as possible.
