How can I see what documents were recently uploaded?

During due diligence, staying on top of the latest uploads is essential to keep things moving. But when documents are added over time, it’s easy to lose track. In this article, we’ll show you how to quickly find recently uploaded documents so you can stay organized and move faster.

Navigate to your room and select Data Room from the top navigation bar.
In the left-hand panel, click Recent Files.
This view shows all files recently uploaded to the room. You can also adjust the upload date filter to find documents from a specific time period.

Use the Request column to see which documents are linked to a request, helping you quickly identify which uploads are tied to specific diligence items and which may still need to be categorized.
