How do I manage request tasks in bulk?

Need to update multiple request tasks at once? This article will give you a step-by-step overview of how to make bulk changes quickly and accurately within the request tracker.

Step One: Navigate to your worklist within the requests tab of your room.
To see everything, select “All Worklists” for a full view of your structure.
For a more focused view, click into a specific worklist.



Step Two: Once you've selected your worklist, you'll see checkboxes in the first column of the tracker.
Use these to select the requests you want to update.
Check the top box to select all requests in the table.
Check the box next to a worklist title to select that specific group.
Or, select individual tasks as needed.
