Overview of the Requests Tab



The Requests tab serves as the epicenter for managing requests, fostering collaboration, and streamlining workflows for both administrators and users. This article delves into the diverse functionalities within the Requests tab, empowering you to leverage its full potential. Here's an insightful overview of the key features:

Timeline View: Switch from the Overview (excel tracker view) to the Timeline view which resembles a Gantt chart. Here you can easily adjust due dates, add dependencies, and gauge important timelines.
Worklist progress bar: Enable this feature to see the amount of open, in progress, resolved, and reopened requests in each worklist.
More options menu: Select or hover over any worklist to have a 3 dot icon appear. Click this to open a dropdown menu of more options such as add category, move, and delete this worklist.
Quick filters: Choose from different filtering capabilities to narrow down your request selection and improve your workflows.
Import or export request lists: Click the 3 dots button at the top right to easily import a new request list or export the existing one.

Add or remove columns: Customize your view by adding or removing columns you don't find important.
Interactive interface: Click on any of the columns to edit request data (i.e. due dates, comments, or documents)
