How do I update my user profile?

Your user profile shows how you appear in the platform. This article covers what you can and can’t update and how to do it.


Where to Update Your Profile

Go to the lower right-hand corner of your browser and click on your name. A menu will expand—at the top, select User Settings. A window will open in your browser displaying all of your profile details.



Updating Profile Settings

Under the Personal Info tab, you can update the following:

  • Profile photo
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Title
  • Company
  • Phone number
  • Language
To maintain the highest level of security, your email address cannot be changed. If you need to use a different email, an admin will need to add a new user to the platform. You can refer to this article for instructions on adding someone to your Organization or room.
