I accidentally deleted a document or request. Can it be restored?

All deleted documents or requests will go to the trash on the lower left side of each of their respected pages. Nothing is permanently deleted until it is deleted from the trash.

Note: Only Admins have access to the trash, so if you need an item restored, please contact an Admin in your room.

If you are an Admin, you can manage the deleted items by following these steps:

Click on the Archive or Trash icon located in the lower left side of the page. This will take you to the trash where you can view the deleted items.

You can select multiple items to restore or permanently delete by using the bulk select feature.
To restore an item, select it and click on the Restore button.
To permanently delete an item, select it and click on the Remove permanently button.

Note: Requests can't be permanently deleted, only documents can.

Please be aware that any deletion action will be logged in the Audit log, which is accessible from the Reports tab for Admins.
