I can’t open my download from DealRoom
If you are using Windows, by default, it uses a path length limitation (MAX_PATH) of 256 characters: Naming Files, Paths, and Namespaces. When you bulk download, you can select the the Truncate long titles option and this will auto-shorten the file path during the download so Windows will be able to open the .zip file of the download.
Additionally, Admins can see which files have a long path and will be affected by going to the Home folder, clicking on the three dots and selecting Expand All. Any affected folder will have a red triangle next to it on the left hand side. Expanding the folders further will show down to the file level which titles should be shortened to get under the character limit of the entire file path
