How do I set due dates and assign users to requests?

Staying on top of a timeline is essential to ensuring a deal stays on track. Managing your deal timeline is simple in the platform; read below to learn how to:

Set Due-Dates for Requests



Select the specific request you want to set a due date for.
In the right-hand menu, hover over the start or due date. Click to open the calendar and select your desired date.
The request will now automatically be assigned that due date.

Set Due Dates for Multiple Requests



Check the box next to each request you want to set a due date for.
From the top menu, click Due Date. A calendar will appear.
Select the desired due date from the calendar.
Once completed, the selected requests will be automatically assigned the due date you chose.


Tip: Utilizing this feature is particularly beneficial when you need to set due dates for requests in bulk, saving you valuable time.


Assign Users to Requests



If a request already exists:


Click on the request you want to assign a user to.
Once opened, look to the right side and look for "Assignees".
Click the plus icon to open the modal.
Once the modal shows up, you will see the list of people you can assign into the request.

If the person you want to assign the request to isn’t listed, it means your account doesn’t have the necessary user privileges. Please contact your administrator or reach out to us if you believe this is an error.

Assigning a single user


In the search bar, type the name of the assignee. Click on the name once found.
Or you can scroll down the list of names until you find the assignee and click on their name.


Assigning multiple users


Repeat the steps above until the names of the assignees have a check mark next to them.
Click save.
The modal should close and you should see the assignee's name under the Assignee tab.
