How to Set Up Custom Phases

Go to the Settings tab in the left menu.
Click General at the top.
In the section labeled Phases, click the New phase + button.

Enter a name for the phase and select a color.

Click Create.
You can edit the phases by hovering over them and clicking the Edit button that appears.

Tip: You can drag and reorder the phases depending on your preferences. These phases will transform into columns in your pipeline, offering efficient deal organization via both Board and Table views.

How to Set Up Custom Fields

Custom fields are great for tracking relevant information to your organization. These data points are seamlessly integrated into our Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, providing an in-depth insight into your deal data.

Go to the Settings tab in the left menu.
Click Custom Fields at the top.
To add a new custom field, click the blue Add field + button.

Enter a name for the custom field in the Field Label section.
From the dropdown, select a Field Type from the available options of Select, Multi Select, Date, Number, and Text.
Click Create.
You can also edit a custom field by hovering over it and clicking the Edit button that appears. However, note that you can only modify the label, not the type. If you need to adjust the field type, delete the current and create a new field with the correct type.

Importing New Deals into the Pipeline

Once you've set up your pipeline phases and custom fields, you can now export that as an excel template and use that to mass import new deals. To do this, follow these steps:
Click the button with 3 dots in the top right.
Select Import all deals to Excel.
Select to Download template. This will give you the proper excel format based on your instances phases and fields to bulk import deals.

Fill in deal information according to the template setup.
