How to Upload Documents
Upload to a Request – You can upload a document directly to a request and select the folder where it should be placed in the Data Room.
Upload to the Data Room – You can upload a document straight to the Data Room tab and link it to a request later.
Uploading to a Request
Click on an existing request.
Inside the request, look for the Upload button

You can drag and drop the file into the upload window or click Upload File to select it from your computer.

After selecting a file, you'll be prompted to choose the folder where it should be uploaded. Once you've selected the folder, click the Next button.

You can then set the file permissions and choose whether to notify a group once the upload is complete.

Once your document is uploaded, it will appear attached to the request, along with the index number indicating its location in the Data Room.

Uploading to the Data Room
Click the upload button or drag and drop the files or folders you can to upload to the main window on the screen.

You can also drag and drop the folder directly into the Data Room.

The system will prompt you to confirm the folder where you'd like to upload the document and whether you'd like to attach it to an existing request from the Requests tab at this time.

If you're an Admin in the room, you'll also be prompted to confirm the permissions for the groups that will have access to the document.

Once the upload is complete, the file will appear in the folder you selected.
If you'd like to attach the document to a request later, simply open the request, click on the Attachments+ icon, and search for the document.

Alternatively, you can hover over the document in the Data Room, click the three dots on the far right, and select Attach to Request to search for and link it to the appropriate request.
