How do I use multi-room updates (beta)?
How to Use Multi-Room Updates
Multi-room updates allow you to quickly and efficiently copy information from one room to multiple rooms, streamlining your workflow and eliminating manual repetitive tasks. Here’s what you can do with multi-room updates:
Add existing groups from one room to multiple rooms.
Add existing users from one room to multiple rooms.
Add existing worklists, sub-categories, and requests from one room to multiple rooms.
Creating a Multi-Room Update
Navigate to the Settings tab from the left menu.
Select the Multi-room updates tab at the top.
Click the blue New multi-room update button to begin.

Note: Multi-room updates are currently in beta. If you don’t see this feature in your environment, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or the support team to enable it.
From the dropdown, select a Source room that you would like things copied from.
From the dropdown, select the Target room(s) where the information will be applied.
Once you have your selections, click the Compare rooms button at the bottom right.

This may take a few seconds while the system loads the comparison details. Once the process is ready, click the Review and apply button to proceed.

A side panel will open with more information. Check the boxes next to the Groups, Users, and Worklists/Requests you want to copy from the Source room to the Target room(s). This process will copy and create the selected groups and group permissions, invite the selected users, and create the worklists and requests in the designated rooms. For requests, it will also copy over the priority, status, assignees, reviewers, and start and due dates.
Once you've made your selections, click the blue button titled Apply selected updates at the bottom right.

Tip: The system might take a few moments to process these updates. Please be patient while the changes are applied. Once complete, there will be a green check mark with the text "Completed" next to your update.
Click the See updates button to view a detailed summary of the changes.

Updates that were successfully applied will have a green check mark next to them. If there are any updates that are not applied, you will see a yellow triangle symbol. You can click " See log" to understand more.

If a past update is expired, you can create a new update comparing the same rooms by clicking the double square icon.
