How to Create Custom Request Statuses
In DealRoom, custom statuses allow you to organize and track the progress of your tasks in a way that suits your unique workflow.
- Navigate to the Settings tab from the left menu.
- Select the General tab at the top.
- Scroll down to the section labeled Request Statuses. Here you'll see the default statuses that DealRoom provides: Open, In Progress, Reopened, and Resolved.
- To create a new status, click the button labeled New status +.
- A pop-up window will appear. Enter the name, select the type, and choose the color for your new status.
- Click the blue Create button.
Once created, you'll now be able to use this as a status on the requests in your rooms.
